I’ll never forget the day my father (yes, that’s us in the photo) cried in front of a customer.

He owned a small corner grocery store — the kind where your name mattered more than your receipt. One summer, a woman stormed in, upset that we didn’t have her favorite deli meat. My dad didn’t argue. He got on his bike, rode across town in the August heat, bought it himself, and we hand-delivered it to her — up four flights of stairs. When she tried to pay, he shook his head and said through tears, “I’m sorry I failed you. I can’t accept this.”

That moment has stayed with me ever since. It taught me that real business isn’t about products or pitches — it’s about people. It’s about showing up, even when it’s hard, and doing what’s right, even when it’s inconvenient.

That’s how I approach my work today.

I help entrepreneurs grow their businesses without losing themselves in the process. No fluff. No ego. Just honest conversations, clarity, and meaningful progress. I believe in truth over comfort, in walking alongside my clients, and in only doing work that leaves people better than I found them.

Years ago, a client said something I’ll never forget:
“He changed my life.”
That’s not a brag — that’s the standard I hold myself to.

Whether we’re building a smarter strategy, shaping a healthier culture, or untangling what’s holding you back, I’m here to make the work matter — for your business, and for you.

Because I don’t believe in business as usual.
I believe that collaboration leads to transformation and growth of every aspect of your business.
