ME

From A Corner Grocery Store to Being In Your Corner!

I vividly remember the day my dad (yes, that’s us in the photo), a small grocery store owner, cried after an irate customer scolded him for not having her favorite deli meat. In a blistering August heat, he hopped on his bicycle and rode across town to buy the specialty deli meat. I followed my dad as we climbed four flights of stairs and hand-delivered the meat, and…when the customer offered to pay him, he told her in tears, “I’m sorry I failed you; I can’t accept this.”

From an early age, I learned what is at the core of how any business can not just survive but grow: By having an unwavering focus on delivering exceptional experiences and value, leadership that is committed to serving, efficient systems, and a culture of continuous improvement.

I have never adorned myself with fancy and useless titles like guru, evangelist, or change architect. I also never claimed to have all the answers. Instead, I use years of practical, street-smart small and family-owned business experience, academic background in Psychology and Marketing, and teaching experience as a Marketing Professor and Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Touro University's Graduate School of Business.

Regardless of the current stage of your business, our collaboration will unlock your business’ full potential.

My work is fully customized to your goals and business. I do not use templates or scripted solutions. Everything we do together caters to your unique needs and vision, covering leadership, management, marketing, sales and customer service. Together, we will also create a culture that inspires your employees to own their role and to look forward to coming to work every day.

Let’s explore if we’re a good fit.

P.S. Note the absence of big-name corporate logos or scrolling testimonials. That’s not me. I’ve spent my career in the trenches of small businesses where every dollar in a small budget makes a difference. And I will provide you with references when we’re ready.
